Elizabeth Nursing and Rehab Center is a 102 bed skilled nursing facility in historic Elizabeth. For nearly half of a century, Elizabeth Nursing and Rehab Center has earned a reputation for providing quality care and loving attention to those whom we have been privileged to serve. When family and friends are called upon to make difficult decisions, it is comforting to know that they can turn to experienced professionals.
Our Medical Director, who is Board certified in Geriatric Medicine, oversees the medical care of all of our residents and works closely with all of the physicians on our staff.
